TAGME CERTIFICATION NOW AVAILABLE FOR DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGY COORDINATORS !
We are extremely proud to announce that the APCR Certification Task Force Group has successfully completed the assessment tools for Diagnostic Radiology and these have been accepted by TAGME! Radiology coordinators will be able to sit for TAGME certification this coming spring during the AUR meeting scheduled for March 23 – 25, 2010, in San Diego, California. The certification assessment will take place the day before the meeting actually begins which would be on March 22.
There is also an open assessment site which will have a number of clinical specialties administering their assessment tools and is a convenient alternative to those who may not be able to make the March 22 trip to San Diego. The open assessment site is in Chicago, IL and will take place on April 10, 2010.
For additional information and application process, please visit TAGME’s website at www.tagme.org or feel free to contact Gloria Jorge at gjorge@chpnet.org or 212-420-5665.
As we have always emphasized, TAGME certification is VOLUNTARY. APCR members are under no obligation to seek certification status.
