The Survey Committee will then review the request and if accepted, submit it to the APCR President (or the President’s designee) for final approval or rejection.
Upon the APCR President’s approval, the Survey Committee will forward the request to the Account Executive for APDR, for distribution to the APCR Members’ via e-mail.
The requestor’s e-mail address will be included in the e-mail along with the survey question.
All responses to the survey are to be returned directly to the requestor.
The Survey Committee will obtain a report/summary of the survey responses from the member who conducted the survey and forward the report/summary to the Account Executive for distribution to the APCR members via e-mail.
All survey reports/summaries will be posted on the APCR website.
