As no one organization maintains a listing of open residency and fellowship positions, below are useful links that may help you find open positions.

AMA’s FREIDA database
If there is a particular program you are interested in or geographic area, contact the program(s) directly.

NRMP
If you did not obtain a position after participating in the match, the National Residency Match Program publishes a list of programs with unmatched positions prior to match day. According to the NRMP, a list of unfilled programs is sent via email on the Tuesday of match week to applicants that did not match.

Word of mouth has recently been the way of communicating program openings. This is particularly true for residency positions.
