I would like to send a survey to APDR Members. What steps do I need to take?
Only APDR Members are eligible to conduct surveys of the membership. All requests must be submitted in writing using this application form. Each request must meet the criteria noted in the policy, and must also be approved by the APDR President or a member of the APDR Board designated by the President.
Requests may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I post a Fellowship Position opening at my University/Hospital on the APDR web site?
Program Directors that are current APDR members may post Fellowship openings on the APDR web site. Program Coordinators may request that an ad be posted on behalf of their PD, but need not be an APDR member themselves. Please send a written request along with the ad exactly as you want it to appear to email@example.com.
How do I pay my membership dues? Can I pay on line?
You may call the APDR office at 630-368-3737 to pay by credit card; you can send a check to: APDR, 820 Jorie Blvd., Oak Brook, IL 60523-2251; or, you can click on 'Membership Renewal' in the Members Only section of the Web site to pay by credit card on line.
